"Imagine the frustration you'll have when you order a product online, three times, only to fail each time. Imagine the pre-authorized value adding up and up on your credit card, only to be unblocked "3 to 5 days following the cancellation" Imagine not being able to hold your not-so-great-but-what-the-hell-its-mine graphics card in your hands, even though you paid for it...three times.

I messed up! But they helped me anyway ^^

"So, I found a GTX 1070 founders... hundred off... the the choice between 1060 v1070 became clear.

I entered my email wrong, and I was worried that my order didn't go through, so I called customer service just to make sure everything was good.

Not only did they give me a shipping number (yes it moved that fast) but I was also told that my real email would be put on their page, saving me the hassle.

Great company, and great service and when the GTX 1070 gets in my graphics amp, it'll be great graphics too.

Brad B Is the Real MVP

"I ordered a new NVIDIA GPU from NCIX on the 30th of January. A promotion to receive a free code for either For Honor or Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands started on the 31st of January. I would have received this had I ordered it a day later. Halfway through February, I realized my error and contacted NCIX.com's customer service and asked if it was possible for me to be included in the promotion despite not technically fulfilling the requirements. Not only was I emailed a code to be included in the promo, but the service representative was quick, friendly, and went out of his way to help me. Shoutout to Brad B from Richmond, B.C."

Asus Gtx 1080

"Purchased this on Wednesday with express shipping in hopes of getting this before the weekend (No shipping on the weekend) Credit card verification requires 1-3 business days when they want you to confirm amounts on your statement which pushes this order into the weekend and the earliest date I'll now receive this will likely be Monday best case but may be as late as Wednesday. Would have liked a confirmation of purchase if I had known this would have been such a hassle so I could try a competitor for faster shipping dates. Spoke with customer care who were sincere but unfortunately beyond waiting for the duration or going into the closest store (3.5 hours both directions for travel) A store in Abbotsford or Chilliwack BC would be ideal.

Update: Was contacted by a cx service specialist who was very sincere and provided some extra help. Kudos to Bryan for his quick response and professionalism.

What a legendary Customer Service

"I did messed up my order.

I choose Credit Card direct payment but for a first time buy if the order amount is a big one (I was buying a GTX 1080 so it was), you are prompted to pass through a 2-step credit card verification. the second step is simply 2 tiny refund of like 10 cents on your credit card and then you have to confirm the 2 amount to verify that you are the real credit card owner.

I was **** off because this process takes some more time and I was in a hurry to receive my gtx 1080 before even ordering it. Visa was telling me something like 5-10 days to pass through that, while NCIX stated more like a 1-3 days... but still, was too long for me

I've been rude with them at first, but after understanding each other, they did fix up the mess real quick by refunding my order on my visa and charging me over paypal and shipping me the order in less than 6 hours after my first complain.

Brad and Dan G were so engaged in helping me that we shared like 10 e-mails, answering to each single one in less than 30 minutes.

LEGENDARY customer service. Big thumbs up for these guys. I now have my GTX 1080 shipped :D

Check Your Items When You Receive Them

"Purchased a Kensington Footrest but did not open it until a month later which was my fault. Item was obviously not new, scratches on the side of the item, no internal packaging. To be fair, most of my experiences up to date have been decent with this reseller. Buyer beware, check your items as soon as you get them from NCIX, it may not be new as advertised.

Update: NCIX Customer Care called me soon after I posted this message and took ownership of the issue even though it apparently was an issue caused by the distributor/manufacturer. RMAed the product without any issues and am waiting for the replacement to come in.

"After three business days, my order still didn't shipping, so I contacted NCIX through the live chat service and Dan was very helpful. He was happy to give me him email address and contact with me, got the order processed very quickly. I will definitely buying with them again. Thanks Dan! Bumps along the way, with a great recovery!

"Purchased a switch and added expedited shipping (1-3 days). On the third day, the product never arrived. I called NCIX and was informed that they didn't know what was wrong. The customer support person had to call shipping. So I waited....... he finally gets back and says that the company they are buying from is out of stock. He ordered it from another company. So I asked for my shipping money back. After a 20 min debate, he finally credited me for the cost of expedited shipping and assured me it would be delivered the next day.

If only it ended there.... the next day, no package arrived. So I proceeded to cancel my order only to be informed that the package did ship from their vendor's warehouse. The only option at this point was to receive the package and end it back for an RMA. I was not happy and decided to write this review.

Immediately upon writing this review, the NCIX customer support team contacted me, and proceeded to apologize for the inconvenience that I had experienced. They offered to credit back the total amount for shipping, and also went above and beyond with a gift card.

All in all, I really appreciate the level of support I received in the end, and would buy again and/or recommend NCIX in future.
