"On Tuesday 8/8 I received my package which was 14 pictures of David Tyree, which was for an event that Friday at which David Tyree would be attending. When I opened the package there was only 1 inside! I was transferred to Cristin, she listened to the story and heard the urgency in my voice. She thought of a solution but couldn’t promise anything. She followed up with email after email for 2 days keeping me updated on her interaction with the warehouse. Thanks to Cristin’s hard work on 8/10 I received the remaining 13 pictures. "Unless you are actually looking to have one of your three packages say "Delivered" and show up 3 days later. Have another package that "Could not be Delivered" TO the SAME Address and then returned to the shipper and to top it off by the time they received it THEY WERE SOLD OUT and couldn't send me another one, SHOCKER! Or Third have each item sent separately when they were all ordered at the same time yet have countless issues with each item as well as not one of them being delivered on the day they said they would. AND WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET A REFUND FOR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANIES MISTAKES then BY ALL MEANS go ahead and place an order. its a Guarantee to ruin you day DAYS BEFORE THE SUPER BOWL.

"Purchased a hat and jersey from NFL Shop. Jersey was on sale, I would have looked elsewhere if it was full price. Purchasing experience was smooth, and if I was happy with the items it would have been an average experience/review (everyone is good at taking your money).
My concerns arose when I decided I wasn't happy with the fit of the jersey. Anywhere else, you would be able to exchange the item for a different size - However, NFL Shop only lets you return for reimbursement, minus return shipping charges ($10 in my case).
But even that was difficult to discover - It is not listed clearly on the website that NFL Shop does not permit exchanges. I was unable to reach customer service through repeated and numerous efforts, at multiple times of day and methods (online chat, phone calls... No email address for NFL shop apparently).
Additionally, upon returning the Jersey, it was no longer on sale, and getting the size I wanted would require a full price purchase. Honestly this feels like a bit of a bait and switch with such a significant sale prior to the holidays, with an immediate return to full price.
I was able to find a better deal on the jersey elsewhere, with better customer service, communication, and a better return/exchange policy. I recommend looking anywhere other than NFL Shop if possible.
