Amazing Customer Service Experience
"On Tuesday 8/8 I received my package which was 14 pictures of David Tyree, which was for an event that Friday at which David Tyree would be attending. When I opened the package there was only 1 inside! I was transferred to Cristin, she listened to the story and heard the urgency in my voice. She thought of a solution but couldn’t promise anything. She followed up with email after email for 2 days keeping me updated on her interaction with the warehouse. Thanks to Cristin’s hard work on 8/10 I received the remaining 13 pictures. I can say enough positive things about my experience with her! She wouldn’t sign off until the package was delivered to my house and in my hands! An event for children was even more special thanks to her dedication to her job, kindness and the willingness to go above and beyond for me!! I can never thank her enough!!!"
