With all the other legitimate charities in the world this is what you are asking your clients to donate towards. I find this repulsive and offensive, you have lost a client and I will be fighting and supporting every against this woke agenda, perhaps you should understand your client base before doing this. "
"Sade made my day!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to do some online shopping but has issues with the website. Sade was very professional and assisted with the issue until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend Sade as is very very prompt and quick. Some online agents are not as quick and often misunderstand issue, but Sade is a great communicator and left my shopping experience enjoyable!! "I placed an “in stock” order on 12/26/22. Received a backorder email days later. It is now 2/22/23 and still nothing. I have received emails saying my order will be delivered 2/6/23 then changed back to backorder. Just recently received another email that my order was finally being processed. Checked again and it is back to backorder. This product is not in backorder anywhere else and now the price has gone up $100 more. Are they doing this on propose so I can cancel my order and not get the old price honored. It is also my FIRST time shopping here and what a disappointment. "

"I ordered an automatic espresso machine online for my elderly father, which showed in stock, on December 15 2022. The item could be delivered in 2 days which was great. Then it all went downhill from there. Like literally hundreds of other consumers feed back on reputable review site other than Google; my item never shipped. First a two day delay. Then an additional week delay. Then an email from the President of NM that the item would not be shipped before Christmas. Each time I called I was told the item was shipping the next day or so. It is now December 27th and still no shipping notification. Had they been honest with me initially that they were having significant issues in their Dallas warehouse I could have canceled the order and just purchased the item elsewhere or locally. Neiman Marcus has surely fallen far from the top of the retail pack. Lies, lies, and then more lies and then a ridiculous 15% off coupon to use on my next purchase. Lol… there will NEVER be a next purchase from them. I will be lucky they do not cancel my order or to receive this item before next Christmas 2023. We are now on a quest to get this machine delivered and if we are successful I will consider it a huge feather in my cap! If you need a gift for someone special in your life, please consider purchasing that gift from another store that values its customers."
"I spent over $2000 in merchandise online and allegedly qualified for a $600 gift card. About 5 weeks later I received a gift card for $150. I called and they agreed I had been cheated and said they would send another gift card within 6-8 weeks, which they never did. I called again after that 8 week period and while the operator was very nice and trying to be helpful, she was obviously getting the run-around too. They alleged that the matter had already been resolved, and that instead of actually giving me the gift card, they added points to my InCircle account. This is false advertising and should be actionable. DO NOT EVER SHOP ONE OF THEIR GIFT CARD PROMOTIONS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT."
"This is the second time I am getting and order cancelled in one weeks time even after talking to the Customer Services person who promised to ship the order overnight and then suddenly get an email at night the they are cancelling the order and offering a 10% discount code. In my opinion this is a scam which Neimen Marcus does by discounting certain items to attract attention and then cancel the order in the last moment and offer 10% discount coupon. The traffic that is generated due to the sale prices drives more hits to the web site. Cheap way of marketing their store. "

next thing i know two week after, i was asleep, woke up up to $309, $208, $590.50 dollars have been taken from my account from borderfree which is neiman marcus, have sent them several emails with bank proofs no one answers, then i tried to reached out to them via their number they simply said call ur bank and stop ur credit card its simply a fraud. yes. just like that.

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered. This was my very first experience with Neiman Marcus. I thought Neiman Marcus was a high end, reputable business & I was sadly mistaken. I ordered multiple dresses for an event NEXT YEAR & returned them all. They never left my house. One of the dresses was NEVER tried on and was returned in its original packaging. Neiman Marcus accepted the return and then wouldn't refund my money. They never contacted me. When I called them, they said the dress was worn, damaged, and unsaleable. I know with 100% certainty I returned it in the same condition I received it and it was never worn or damaged. I asked for details and pictures because I was stunned. I asked for it to be escalated and someone to call me. Neither happened. Instead, they tried to send the dress back to ME! I refused delivery and I contacted them again, and I got the same run around. They refused to allow me to talk to a manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whatever happened to that dress, if anything, did not happen while it was in my possession. They need to check with their own warehouse team or talk to USPS, the carrier. Today, that dress came back to me AGAIN, repackaged in a new box. I again refused delivery and have reported Neiman Marcus to the Better Business Bureau. They have stolen $430 from me. All I want is my money back. "

"I’ve had a wonderful relationship with Susie Geiger at my local Neiman Marcus for years. Naturally, then, I trusted the online experience to reflect values I saw in her—& having worked in retail myself, of course I know how difficult the holidays are (or any sale is) & that these times are even harder on the employees. However, the online experience is wildly different to the in-person one, & that’s where my issues lie.
Last week, on December 20th, I placed an online order with expedited next day shipping for a Givenchy Sweater my boyfriend has been dying to have, but took time to save up for, & is sold out everywhere else; I also got my future brother-in-law a gorgeous dark brown messenger bag by Frye. The transaction appeared in my bank account, so I concentrated on wrapping & preparing for Monday.
On Sunday, I noticed I still hadn’t received a confirmation e-mail. I chatted with a representative who was incredibly kind & offered to expedite my package for the 26th, as there was some delay that couldn’t be accounted for. No biggie. My family is laid back, & has had to make last-minute purchases before. I thanked her and gave her five stars.
Today being the 26th, I waited all day to receive the late gifts (which I’m accountable for, since I ordered later than I’d wanted to). I received a text from FedEx, but when I went to track the package itself, it said it didn’t exist. Confused, I chatted with another representative, who eventually urged me to hastily get in contact over the phone, as NM encountered an issue with my card, & had to put my order on hold. I quickly called to sort it out.
Well, Juan L. had not yet exited out of my account. The woman on the phone told me she couldn’t access my details, as only one person could be in the account at once. Totally fair. I wasn’t at all put out, because I’ve been there! She told me to wait twenty minutes, then call back.
Mind you, this all began today at 10:45pm. I hung up the phone with her at 11:30. When I waited again & called back, this time I was told that their systems reboot at midnight, and that Id have to wait until after midnight to call again. I was very nervous they would then cancel my order and asked if anything could be done to prevent it; because the system resets, she told me her hands were tied. I felt dejected at having to play phone tag, but still tried to be hopeful.
After midnight, I called two more times. The first time, I waited for a rep while the typical classical music played. Then, suddenly—it cut out. Silence for about a minute. I asked my boyfriend if maybe I should call back. He said to wait another minute and call again. So I did.
The second time, the same music cut & was followed by silence, where I was then disconnected after two minutes of waiting for someone to pick up. Now I was frustrated.
The third time I called back, I got a rep right away. I gave her my information only for her to tell me that my order was cancelled and that I would need to place the order again either online or over the phone. I thanked her & quickly ended the call, went online, & purchased through PayPal this time instead of using my card directly, so that I could be sure my card wouldn’t be the reason.
All of the representatives were kind, & attentive, but it doesn’t ease my annoyance. Why wasn’t it apparent to the first rep I spoke to that my packages were on hold, & that that was the reason why they hadn’t shipped? How was I not notified that my package was put on hold, like they do for other online retailers? Why was Juan still logged into my account fifteen minutes after I had gotten off the phone with him? And what was the issue with my card in the first place?—When I go into my bank account, the status is still pending. When will I get the money back? My review, again, is not because the reps were bad at their initial job of talking to me; it was that no one looked deeper into why any of this was happening, & I was only made aware of the problem with (unbeknownst to me) less than an hour to fix it, at a time of night when they reset the system, & when there’s not as many staff members, so it took three times to get in touch with anyone after midnight.
I will never order online through NM again, not even if they’re the only ones who have an item I want/my loved ones want. This was a clusterf***k of epic proportions and I’m exhausted.
I’ll stick to my favorite woman in Fragrance & leave it at that."
