I purchased 2-day delivery. I even called this afternoon and was promised shipment today, which unfortunately did not happen. Items would not ship until the third day. As a result I missed my rewards from Amex. When I chatted online, the supervisor Alsenia Johnson did not help at all, calling expediting shipment a courtesy upgrade (by the way, she apparently does not know what correcting a mistake means) and there was nothing else she could do. She was snobbish and condescending the whole conversation. Maybe this is what NM is about. I truly did not see the point doing business with NM at all. I cancelled my order. NM lost a customer forever.

"Be careful! This website is cheating customers. I ordered from them because they advertised the lotion came with (GWP TRNND OVRNIGHT CREAM), but they said they didn’t have anymore after they shipped the lotion. I emailed them several times. Finally they took order back.

"NM ran a chocolate sale, but their web site couldnt take the load from all of the customer hits. After slogging through it for 20 minutes to get an order in, they canceled both items. One a day later and the other later.
Needless to say, with the kind of Markups NM usually puts on things, that they should have a decent web site capable of handling a sale, and an inventory system that wont sell items they dont have.
To make matters worse, after canceling the orders, the items popped back up on their web site for full price.
In short, this is how to do everything WRONG with a customer. Inadequate resources, poor inventory control, poor customer service (I was offered NOTHING for the waste of my time and not getting items that were confirmed sold), and more lousy management.
