"On 10/10/12 I placed an order. The order was shipped an received in a timely manner. The order had a manufacturer's defect. I contacted customer service. I completed the required form. On 10/18/12 Nina with customer service asked me a few more questions then she informed me that she would be emailing me an RMA number within 24-48 hours. She explained that I could not return the item without an RMA number as it would not be accepted. On 10/19/12 Nina informed me that neobits was shipping me a replacement and that an RMA number and label would be issued in the next few days.on 10/22/12 I asked Nina if she could tell me when the new item would be shipped and when would I be getting the RMA number and label.I have not got a response. This is 10/29/12, still no response. The defective tool is still sitting in my office floor all packaged up to be shipped. I am still out the $235.00. On the afternoon of 10/29/12, Nina finally responded by telling me she will check on the status. Later that day Nina let me know my item was backordered. On 10/30/12 Nina informed me that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before the order would be shipped from the manufacturer. As of 10/30/12 at 4:10 p.m., I still can't send the defective item back because neobits still has not given me an RMA or a label to ship with. "

Tried to reach Neobits by phone and got only an unrecognizable person's name on a voicemail box, with no option to speak to a real person. An urgent follow-up e-mail was responded to only with a curt message instructing me to fill out an online RMA request form. So far, I'm not impressed...and have an irate customer for my troubles.
Professional suppliers have humans available to solve problems, and the best have advance replacement programs in place. I'd rather pay more and get professional level customer service. Neobits has some work to do if they want to regain my confidence."
