---11/16 - Checked status of my invoice through my account on Neobits website. Order is marked "SHIPPED COMPLETE". Send an e-mail to the company looking for status of missing items
---11/16 - Received e-mail from N******@Neobits. The entire e-mail contents were "checking..."
---11/16 - Received second e-mail from N******. The entire contents of this email, "2 items will ship on 11/19 and one will ship on 11/21"[sic]
---11/20 - Received notice of another shipment and tracking information
---11/26 - Received 1 item. So much for paying for 3 day shipping, and no sign of remaining 2 items. Missing items are still listed as "in stock" on Neobits website
---11/27 - Sent another email to Neobits looking for my purchases
---11/27 - Received e-mail from P******@Neobits that she was checking with the warehouse and would reply as soon as she had information.
---11/28 - No response so sent another e-mail to Neobits
---11/28 - Received another e-mail from P****** that she "Checked with the warehouse again today - they'll get back to me"
---11/28 - Received email from P****** stating order was shipped 11/26 and giving tracking info
---11/29 - Finally received the rest of my order. HOWEVER, the replacement blade cartridge included with the order does not fit the model stripper they sent.
Most of my ordering is done through online companies. I deal with 3-4 difference companies every week. Compared to other businesses, I would rank Neobits a 1 out of 5.
- Online inventory does not match supplies
- Expedited shipping does not apply all to all items if shipped separately
- Orders are marked completed BEFORE all items are shipped
- Promised shipping dates pass without notification of missed shipments
- Replacement parts are not compatible with their intended items
- Customer Service does NOT follow through when responding to customer
- A 3 day shipping order for 5 in-stock items started 11/11 and ended 11/29
Conclusion: Unless you do not have a deadline, and you have time to spare emailing Neobits requesting updates, find another company. The small amount you might save is not worth the time you need to invest to track down information on your order.

"I chose Neobits because they had a great price on the item I was looking for when I placed the order nearly 2 months ago. I still have not received the order. Initially I was told it was low stock, and it would take 1-2 weeks to ship. This was fine, as I was not in a big rush. A few weeks passed, and I didn't hear anything. I inquired, and was told it had shipped from the manufacturer and they would send me tracking information. I did not receive any further information (no tracking number), and when I emailed Neobits about this, Amy said she would get back to me but despite repeated attempts to contact her, I never received tracking information. I called again last week and spoke with Nina, who told me it was shipping from the manufacturer (again?!), and I would have tracking information Monday (11/5). It is now Thursday (11/8), and I have not received any tracking information. Trying to call Neobits, no one answers the phone. The customer service voicemail box is full so I can't even leave a message. I do not even want the product at this point, I just want my money back. I honestly don't think I've ever had such terrible "customer service". Lies about shipping dates and failures to respond do not rank highly in my book. Stay away from this company. The extra $20-$30 you may save on equipment is NOT worth the hassles of trying to receive your order.
Edit: The product did arrive on 11/8, just an hour or two after I posted this review. I still wouldn't order from this company again, but I did eventually receive the product I ordered."
