"Second time I've ordered something from Neobits in less than a month! Came back because the price of the item was the lowest I've found online and because the item I wanted was in stock as was the quantity I wanted (5 ea). Just like the first time the item was delivered to me on time and as promised. I have had NO ISSUES WITH DELIVERY, COST, QUALITY - Heck the item is OEM - with OEM packaging. Can't beat that with a stick. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend Neobits to all!!!!! I give NEOBITS 10 Stars not just five!!!!!"

"Lacking in communication, lacking in customer follow - through. I ordered two products with a quantity of three each. One item indicated "in stock" and the other was marked as "usually in stock." One week after placing the order, the status still indicated "Preparing for shipment." I contacted customer support and was advised that they were waiting for the back-ordered items before shipping anything. They gave me an option of shipping what was in stock, which should have been done based on their policies. Six more days and no updated, nothing shipped. On the 13th day from the time the order was placed, I cancelled my order. My project and money were on hold!

Customer support made no attempt to ever update the status or contact me to let me know items were delayed. I received two emails from them. One that an order was placed (thank you for your money) and the 2nd stating a REQUEST for cancellation was received. The email stated that the order was not yet cancelled and until another email was received indicating such, the order was still in essence active.

Twenty eight hours after the order was "cancelled," I again contacted customer support due to the lack of a response or update. The rep indicated that they received the cancel request, "but had to wait for the warehouse to notify them that the order was cancelled" and at that point a refund would be sent to accounting. This would normally take 12 - 24 hours from the time the order was cancelled before a refund would be sent for processing. There was no willingness to determine the status. Unacceptable.

As a company, send an email notifying your customers that items are back ordered or anything about what is occurring. I will not be going back to this company for any orders in the future.

"I will never order from Neobits again. I found the product online detailed by a picture. When the product arrived it was not what I ordered. When I questioned support about this all they could do was offer a refund, minus the $14 shipping.

I have found the product elsewhere for almost half the price and half the shipping cost. Look around before ordering from this company.

"BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THEM!!!!! They will tell you something will work on your system and sell it to you then after you buy it and it want work with your system they refuse to take it back. After they were the one that told us it would work before we bought it . BEWARE"

"They took my order after I read the policy linked on the check out page and placed the order. Everything looked good on the policy page. Apparently there is another policy page I wasn't aware of. After the order was placed they called me saying the order will need to be cancelled because the shipping was not calculated properly....Why does google shopping list this company?? Avoid. Avoid Avoid O....did I mention the person that called me hung up on me? "

"The first mistake was mine; I placed an online order with Neobits for some wire. My decision to do so was based solely on price. I was totally unfamiliar with the company and (stupidly) had not read any reviews. The next 2 mistakes were theirs; first, they shipped the wrong product. The problems were obvious; wrong color, wrong part number, wrong length. (I began what turned into a series of more than 30 back-and-forth emails.) Second, they denied that it was the wrong product, saying they didn’t even have any of that product on hand. They demanded photographic evidence, which I provided (it was a hardship for me, not having the capability to do so available). Time passed. After multiple requests asking them to allow me to return the original (wrong) shipment, they finally sent me a return address label. No admission that there had been a mistake, no apology, nothing. I shipped the package back to them immediately. Time passed. When they asked me for a tracking number for the package (with their own address label on it that they themselves had provided to me), I figured the situation had really gone south. I checked with FedEx, learned that the recipient had signed for the return shipment a week before, and passed that info along. They said to disregard that email. I then requested the tracking number for the replacement shipment. Days passed with no word. On the day I again requested the tracking number, the shipment arrived. The good news? It appears that this shipment is indeed the correct product. The bad news? Neobits! I will not recommend this company."

"At the time I placed an order, the items showed that they were usually instock. The order was then cancelled by neobits.com and was told that the Items were not avaliable. Upon clicking on the link in the confirmation email for the item, it shows that the items are avaiable and infact neobits.com had raised the price from 115.95 to 299.99.

"NOPE!!!! I ordered from these guys and agreed to their price and their shipping costs. Then in an hour or so, they sent a message that they cancelled my order because they needed more shipping cost. This is a bait and switch. Their price and shipping was clearly quoted and they reneged. Shameful."

"My shopping experience with Neobits, Inc. was terrible. I ordered 2 motorized projection screens and all I received was the aluminum boxes that enclose the projection screens. When I inquired why, I was told that I could return them but I would have to pay for the shipping cost. I feel that they misrepresented the item being sold as the web page was clearly selling a complete projection screen. It is my intention to report them for their false advertisement."

"They did exactly what they said they would do. I paid list price for the item (but I didnt try to haggle price, I was just happy I found someone who had the item in stock) it was more important to get the item ASOP and they delivered as they said .No problem with the item or order at all. Im real happy with the transaction.They did ask me to describe my shopping experience...but thats all they asked."
