One month later I had been billed but never received my package. An email was sent and they replied that there had been a problem and my order would be out within a few days later. Two weeks later, still nothing. I sent another email and Jane wrote back to tell me that she would 'take care of it'. Twenty minutes later my order was cancelled."

"If you purchase something from Neobits and open it you have voided your ability to return the product. My laptop docking station I ordered did not fit in my work space (it stuck out 3 in. beyond the back of my laptop) when I tried to return it I was told I could not because I had "opened" the package. It was out of the package for 5 minutes at the max. It was then repackaged and I tried to return it. After reading several of the responses on other websites about Neobits there seems to be a common theme with returning items. They find a way to tell you no.
Update: Neobits contacted me and asked what they could do to make this a better experience. I explained that I would like to return the item. They said that that decision was not theirs but of the manufacturer (Lenovo). They did offer to refund me $25 of the purchase price and said they were in the process of changing their website to inform its customers of the return policy of each item or the return policy of the manufactures of the products you purchase. Doing this would save a lot of headache. When that has been done I will remove this review all together."

I have called several times, and cust. service tell me I need to wait bcz they still don't have it in stock. I called again today, and they advise me to call next month to see if they have receive it yet. That mean I would have to wait another 2 months more before I can receive my order? No one followed up with me to let me know what was going on with this order. I have to keep calling back. This is the worst customer service and the worst experience I have ever had.
