"My order had a final destination to my PO Box at local Post Office. Your 6/28 email said it was sent Via UPS and I should receive delivery (I assume at my PO Box at my PO) on 7/7. I got more emails from you, the last one being this morning saying that several attempts had been made to deliver it to me and that if I didn't pick it up, it might be returned to the shipper. That email has since disappeared from my computer. I had not received a pink notification at my PO Box until this morning. On your box, it showed that my PO had just received the package this morning and there was the pink notification in my PO Box. No notification in my PO Box yesterday. I did not check the tracking as our Internet provider has had problems for about a month and is not always available - we have never had this problem with them before and I have had them over 25 years. So, I tried to call you at 1:15 pm PT. I was put on hold and there were many red flags. Your recording said due to high volume of calls, you were experiencing a long wait time - this is usually an excuse for not enough staff according to many companies . No length of wait time was given. I could request a call back but no time given as to when I could expect it and many companies never call back. Since it was almost your closing time (5 pm ET) I waited on hold for 25 minutes. I doubted I would have gotten a call back today, anyway, and I have things to do rather than sitting by my phone waiting for a call back - who knows if or when it might happen. I don't play games and don't like to have my time wasted by companies who don't have their act together."
