After waiting too long for my order to arrive, I contacted customer service and was told it was on backorder and would be delivered when it arrived at the warehouse. No idea of when that would be, not a lot of information. I did promptly receive a request to complete a survey after I placed my order, but no notifications that my order would be delayed. Very lame and not up to par with standard e-commerce standards. I requested my order be cancelled and I am supposed to receive a refund. I hope that I do receive a refund, and in a timely manner. I won't order from your site again."
