"I've done a fair few transaction with NewFrog and been pretty good dealing so far though I hope they would fulfill customers request as I usually request my items to be wrapped fully with bubble wrap but alas gone to deaf ears.
So, hoping my next purchase onwards will be fulfilled with the request I make.

Also I'd like to mention their NewFrog shipping time frame is quite good, in fact better than some online business in Australia which takes longer time to ship out and on top of that the nerve of them charging a shipping fee. I'm appalled by the online shops practices in Australia especially the one in Silverwater NSW .
