A refund has been agreed but they want me to close the paypal case before they will pay me back.
The claim I opened in Paypal was only for the amount of the single item that was damaged. I made it as simple as possible fore them.
All the seller needed to do was agree to pay THAT CLAIMED AMOUNT in full and the case would have been closed.
I presume they have either not bothered to read the amount claimed on Paypal or do not understand how to use Paypal.
If I close the case and they do not pay it is impossible to open the claim again. I then have no further comeback.
