"NewFrog is using the wrong shipping service. It is because regular shipments from Hong Kong, or China takes less than 14 calendar days to arrive my house in USA. NewFrog is taking about 5 weeks. Already the package do not arrive my home.
After 14 days I did wrote to seller but there was no answer. After a few days i wrote again to customer service. The representative told me "The delivery need 15-25 business days, pls kindly wait the deadline 20 October"
Also. Tracking number did not work until 20 days after my purchase (Sep 21 - Oct 11, 2014)"
