"Ordered a olympus FL-36 flash. Website states it's in stock. Next day, I get an email from the NWV telling me to call them, so I did.

The flash is supposedly backordered 4-5 weeks but I could buy a "targus" flash, which is "exactly the same, according to the olympus rep, but I'm not supposed to tell you that. Normally $325, I'll give it to you for the $163 you were going to pay for the olympus."

"They are trying to stack the deck. These other "positive" reviews are crap. This company is a bit and switch nightmare. I ordered a Sony flash for my DSLR and the same old -- same old. Confirmation email, backordered, we have a better product blaa blaa. I fall for it, but after a little research on the web I realize I got pimped. I tried to cancel the order -- oh -- it's shipped already (just hours after I order it ?). I followed their procedures to get a return authorization number before the I received the flash -- guess what -- you can never return camera equipment even though their website clearly states they have a 21 day return policy on both pages that displayed both flashes. These people are going to burn in hell if they don't change their business pratices. RUN - RUN - RUN far away from these people. These other positive reviews are probably planted here by their friends and family to help them look like a good company. THEY ARE NOT!"
