Also the email said Purolator shipping number, but it was a Canada Post shipping number so that confused me with tracking it.

"I called in today for help with an order I had placed for a desktop PC.
I wanted to add a couple of sticks of RAM to the order, so I could avoid paying shipping for sending it seperately.
Reuben(sp?) was very helpful in checking to see if it could be done for me - unfortunately in the end it could not, but he offered me the shipping in form of a gift card as soon as the order clears verification. He also helped me prove to my wife that the PC was a great purchase, as he confirmed they just sold out right after my order, which as anyone who's married would know; helped a lot, hahah.

Kara took my secondth call in.
I was calling because my order was taking longer in the verification state than I thought normal, and I was getting worried that I might not get one of these awesome desktops!
I'm still a bit anxious as it hasn't cleared yet, but Kara did everything in her power to put me at ease - she was very sympathetic and tried several things, unfortunately most of the matters were out of her hands.
I'm still hoping it will clear and I will get the PC, but in the end these two representatives provided excellent support and proved to me that Newegg knows how to hire the right people for the job.
