"Needed a hard drive caddy in an emergency. Put my order in late on a Tuesday (close to 4:00pm). Chose priority shipping and would have been happy to get the item by Friday. To my surprise the item showed up the next day! They had processed my order the same day and got it out for shipment by 5:00pm!! Suffice it to say I am extremely impressed with the service I received!!"

"Before buying the E6520 caddy, did look around for other cheaper alternatives; and decided on going for newmodeus.com (as most of other E6520 cheaper caddy has bad reviews - like too tight fit; while I need one that it perfect and portable). The caddy arrived promptly. It has high quality and workmanship. Love this caddy even though its price is premium. I am also interested in buying the esata+usb slimline13pin cable. However, its $25.95+s/h price tag scared me off; and I then bought a similar cable from amazon.com ast $18 (incl s/h). It works like a champ."

Bought 1 from another company who said it was compatible but sent me the cable for the 1st hard drive which is shorter. refused to refund or swap over. half the price that hp quoted me for some thing. ordered on friday, and received following monday via usps.

"Got a HDD Caddy for Dell E6410. I absolutely love it. The quality is OEM quality, and worth every penny. The caddy fits perfectly. the drive fits perfectly. The release handle tucks away and snaps in place when inserted, and snaps out ready to assist in removal. The HDD activity light is very useful to indicate when data is writing (or reading). I hot swap the drive out and replace it with the DVD, mostly for watching a Netflix movie on the plane. The point is, I need to have a 1TB drive, and to swap the drives out easily. The caddy is the best solution. There are no cables or external power supplies, and the throughput is just like another internal drive. It's awesome! I've posted this review a couple of places online because I looked at many products for way less money. This product was worth every penny."
