"The buying experience was fine. It was the installation that was a HUGE hassle. It took FIVE times to get ALL of the blinds right. That should not have taken so many times. The roller shades were damaged before install even occurred. This was due to them heating up in the truck."

They are are more expensive then other companies, but as we fould out...you get what you pay for!! The best thing we liked about the company was that the blinds are made in the USA, Maryland to be exact. The other place we bought from we made in Asia and took two months to get here and they were built 2" to long. Recommend you ask where they are built before you buy!"
