"Previously I measured windows and did the installation myself. This time I had them do it. I didn't get the blinds "next day", but they were installed within about a week. Their guy was fast and efficient, and when he took down the old shades, he moved one to a different window in a different room, and disposed of the other one for me. When he put in one of the blinds, it was a little off center, but he fixed it right away. What had taken me two hours to do previously, he did in 20 minutes. I must add that this time, it was also a slightly more complicated installation. I do wish oneof the blinds was about 1/4" wider, but overall I am very happy with them, and glad I had their guy do the installation. "
