"This order, (completed on 9/4/2013) was for a Bianchi Black Widow holster (Bianchi #15722). Seller stated it was "available" to be shipped within 48 hours. After I paid for the holster via PayPal (on 9/4/2013) Night Galaxy, Inc notifies me (6 days later, on 9/10/2013) that the holster is only available if I wait for some period of time. The holster was placed on "Backorder Status" to be shipped sometime later when they receive it (they said "5 days").

After reading other feedback here, I cancelled the transaction. Their e-mail acknowledgement of my cancellation said I would a receive a refund in "24 to 48 hours". After 5 days with no refund through PayPal I was forced to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back from Night Galaxy, Inc. The refund came through PayPal within minutes after I filed the dispute. I guess Night Galaxy, Inc was just waiting to see if I knew what to do to get my money back."

"I would be careful in ordering from this company. When the web site states that an item is in stock it isn't their stock but their suppliers stock. I waited ten days to find out that they couldn't get something that they showed was in stock.

I got an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I didn't cancel it. A call to their customer service let me know that their supplier wasn't going to have any stock for another month.

To their credit though, they will not charge you until the item ships. They had not applied a charge to my credit card, and the pending charge disappeared the day that they cancelled the order and sent an email notifying me of the cancellation."

"Horrible company. I placed an order for two items which I found out were back ordered which wasn't displayed on their sight. Never sent me a tracking number until I called, the package was one day away by then. Call center is in India and you can't talk to a manager you have to email them. Sent me the wrong items so I paid for return shipping out of my own pocket. I sent a detailed note with my phone # asking them to send me the right items. I included item numbers and descriptions. Didn't hear anything through email or by phone. Called a week later to find out that they just refunded my money today minus my return shipping and I won't be able to see it in my account for 48 hours. Called Blackhawk to complain they were helpful as always. DON'T ORDER FROM NIGHT GALAXY!!! "

"I called looking for a specific sized boot, and a friendly sales rep assured me it was in stock. I placed the order online and paid. The next day I received an email informing me it was out of stock and had no ETA, so they cancelled my order. I called to speak to someone about it and was promptly told there was nothing to be done. I tried to explain that I specifically called ahead of time to check stock to avoid wasting the time and hassle of waiting for the money to clear back so I can start this all over again only to be asked "what do you want me to do about it?" I tried calling back to speak to a sales manager only to be told they don't speak to people without open orders. I was hoping to check for other styles/sizes that might be in stock or to perhaps at least speak to the rep who told me it was in stock to see what happened, but was told "no one by that name works here".

I will never do business with them again and will recommend everyone I know do the same. I'm only writing this review out of frustration since I couldn't speak to anyone who would help me.

edit: I paid with paypal, so the funds were taken from my account. Since writing this post I have received a call explaining I did not specify size Wide (which I did)."

"Night Galaxy went out of their way to please the customer. They recommended the Timberline Scope for my Henry Golden Boy. Upon researching their products, I was interestec in the Ballistic Plex and they answered every question I had about this particular 2-7 X 26 Scope (Part # 201323). They also provided information on how much drop each mark on the Ballistic Plex would be given a 36 gram 22 Caliber shell. Outstanding service. Once ordering the scope with mounting rings the products arrived two days ahead of schedule. One other surprise,,, the package contained charts detailing the drop for each caliber of round anyone would ever want to shoot. I am actually thinking about placing the small 22 caliber chart onto my scope so I will always have the information with me. Outstanding company and excellent service."
