"I ordered online and the repetitive email was confusing but eventually a 'ready for pickup' email will be sent. Would be nice if they had a ETA on the items, online there's no mention if the item is in stock or has to be delivered to the dealer. But I got the exact items I had ordered and they're great. Also, in person they have cool Toyota merch displayed that one could buy. I will keep coming to this dealer for my part needs! Their prices are also better than Keyes/Lithia."
"The order sent by email have the detail of what we requested and delivery and billing address correct.
The bill and probably the label was wrongly created and they wrote billing address in another state instead of the delivery. At the end and after almost two weeks the package returned to TOYOTA NORTH HOLLYWOOD, The person there realized the MISTAKE and sent it to us by UPS and we finally got it on time before our trip.

"Its been weeks since I placed my online order. I called to get a status and was told it was on back order. It'd be nice is this was communicated online when placing an order. So I asked if I could get an ETA but was was told one was available. When I asked to cancel the order for a refund, I was discouraged from doing so and told all order from the same place that was on back order. I will try one more time in a week or so if the order still hasn't been fulfilled. "
