"I do not consider myself a hardcore gamer, however I do know the careful responsibility that comes with purchasing a fully customized computer for building one on your own. Recently I purchased many of the highest quality merchandises from Nutrend. All of the products that I received were wonderful, however the motherboard was defective. I soon asked for an RMA order and was graciously approved. Yet, I did not have the time to send the motherboard back in, and thus I had to wait for another 2 weeks or so. I did not realize that there was a time limit on the return shipping (2 weeks), but the Nutrend customer care was very kind and renewed my RMA order for me, and delivered my motherboard back to me in a timely manner. Their great support was definitely a perk from the nonchalance that I usually encounter from other companies."

"I ordered my monitor from Nutrend only because Newegg was out of stock. I can say that I do not regret doing business with them. They are fast friendly and reliable. The only issue I had was that I forgot to put my last name on the order (my fault), but they called me the same day and we cleared it up on the phone. My monitor shipped the NEXT day and I had it two working days later! Newegg is still the best, but if they're ever out of stock of something again, I'll definitely try Nutrend again!"

"I ordered a 19" NEC FE991SB-BK aperture grille monitor. I mistakenly entered some incorrect billing information (unknown at the time), and while I received one incorrect e-mail stating that the order had been charged, I promptly received an e-mail stating that there was a problem with the order. I received four e-mails all stating the same thing, that there was a problem and if it was not worked out the order would be cancelled in four days, which was kind of annoying but I can see why they want to make sure the e-mails arrived. I replied and quickly got a human response from Vincent saying that he had called the bank and the bank said the numeric portion of the address was incorrect. I looked at what I'd entered and realized the mistake. I e-mailed Vincent back and got a quick response saying that the order was successfully charged. The monitor shipped that day.

All in all a great company. I messed up entering my information and they quickly acted."

"Nutrend is great. They have great prices and fast shipping. But what inspired me to write this review was their service. One of my sticks of Corsair XMS RAM recently failed (no fault of nutrend). They have a 7 day return policy on CPU and RAM, but I politely emailed them informing them of Corsair's lifetime warranty on this part. They accepted within 2 days. Email responses were helpful and extremely quick - my intitial inquiry was answered within minutes, my RMA accepted within a day or so and I was given a support number to call. Both times I called I was answered by a real live human being within 30 seconds. Anyone who wants a reliable parts (or systems) supplier will be happy with nutrend.com."
