"I bought a processor from NuTrend in July 2002. They called me because my shipping address did not match my credit card adress. I received the processor in good time and placed it in my motherboard, and it promptly burned up. I was able to painlessly get an RMA and have it replaced without a hassle."

"After some initial problems with the company, the Customer service dept really started to shine. I orginally had a lot of misgivings about ever dealing with this company again.
It all started with the order, the cpu they sent me never worked, the ram (corsair pc3500) wouldn't post at the spec'ed speeds. I RMA'd the items and shipped them back. I asked the CSR for next day air as that is what I originally paid for. She agreed and approved it for that;however, the rma people sent it 3rd day air, to the wrong person, in a completely different state. They once again shipped the package out to me on Monday, next day as was orginally agreed on, it was sent out, and lo and behold it disappeared, noone knows where the package went to. The package did arrive on the Wednesday late late in the evening. This is not Nutrend's fault, as Fedex can't seem to get thier act together to ship a simple package.
What made this company shine however, was the CSR, I will simply call her "M" here for posterities sake. I had mentioned that I would be posting on resellerratings regarding my experiece with the company. She already knew what resellerratings was, and apparently was reading my posts. I had updated the post with information about the shipping issues I was having with Fedex. I was on the way to the store when I recieved a phone call from her indicating that she had read my post, saw the issue's and contacted fedex for me. She updated me with all the information that she had obtained and told me she would call me back regarding this issue! OMG, I had never heard of something like this, and if this is how they run, they will always get my business. Not only did she call me once, she called twice. The first time on tuesday, the second on Wednesday to once again update with information regarding the delivery. This simple act of assisting me has made me a customer for life. I would definitely order from this company again, and am entirely happy with their service. "

"I ordered a Western Digital Caviar SE hard drive (wd1200jb) on Sept. 28 (Sat.) early a.m., and the order was processed and shipped Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002. The HDD was well-packed and arrived in mid-day on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002. The FedEx shipping they use is quicker than UPS ground, which is great if you are in a hurry for your "stuff".

I ordered a mobo from Newegg at the same time too on a Thursday, Nutrend even shipped out the items by Friday (which Newegg did not even if Newegg had less items to pack/ship) and I got the items on Monday (from Cali to New Jersey, now that's fast shipping).. Received email on 09/09: Dear customer,
Thank you for your recent e-mail. Your packaged shipped out on 09/09/02. Please we will have a tracking number by 6pmm Pacific standard time.
I did not receive an e-mail so I waited until 09/11 to reply asking for the tracking number. They replied and gave the tracking number but it didn't work. I immediately replied stating it didn't work.
The next day 09/12, they replied stating they had "a digit missing" and gave me the correct tracking number. If they had automated this process, this may have never happened. Anyway, I checked the tracking and it was scheduled to be delivered today (09/12).
Sure enough, I did get my order on Thursday 09/12. I am impressed on how fast they sent the order out - ordered Sunday and received Thursday! Other than the goof-up on the tracking number (very minor), I am very satisfied and I would order from them again."
