"They never responded to the orders that did not ship. They do not respond to email. they do not pick up the phone. Its impossible to get your money back because they did not ship out the items you pay for."
"Ordered items from ops gear, paid for the faster shipping and it all shipped different ways and not very fast. Emailed them to see where my package was, they said on the way. 2 months later of not getting package they refused to further help me until the "received" the order back but was not possible because I never received the package in the first place to send back. Emailed them after 3 months of no package and said the same thing, will not refund me nor send package again even with proof from USPS of no delivery ever made. Since have not received package after 6 months. Never order anything from this site unless you wanna waste your money. I was also never refunded my money for my order."

"Very poor communication when an order didn't ship. After talking to the representative I was promised updates on shipping etc. none came... I actually had to contact them to find out about my status. After I believe to be 3 months I finally told them to cancel my order and remove me from all of their mailing lists."

"OpsGear inventory on website is inaccurate. No communications from customer service until several inquires made as to receipt of order. Then nothing regarding delivery date or shipment date fo nearly one month. Failed to respond to further inquires until I put charges in dispute with cc company. Then OpsGear informed me item would not be in stock for over 6 months or more. Never do business with them again. Can't recommend the business to anyone either. Completely unreliable."

You guys took my money right away and did not let me know that my product was on back order. Very unprofessional results. On the the flip side he belts are awesome. Great quality. "I admit I was at my wits end on what to do when after weeks of no response through theyre customer service line ( which is nothing more than voicemail service) I receieved nothing more than a confirmation #. Finally after a month of waiting they reached out and My package arrived nearly 7 weeks after placing my order. "The products they sell took forever to be delivered. When it finally came it was the wrong size. I then returned it and did not get a replacement in the right size, but a gift card. Their customer service is virtually non-existent...no one answers the phone, and emails take forever in getting answered.
