Still waiting on refund

"Placed my order back in August and still haven't received any of the items I purchased. I have email ops gear several times and have yet to get a response. On the last two emails I asked for a refund and did not get a reply or a refund. I have tried calling but because of my location (military overseas) the time difference makes it hard. Will never shop here again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed I feel like I have been robbed. "

I didn't get my order.

"I ordered a black low crown ball cap over a year ago now and it never showed up. There other things I see that I would have liked to order a well but I didn't because I assumed I would get that either. "

No responses from customer service.

"I bought some gear for a friend overseas. I got the orders pretty quickly, and the gear seemed to be quality products.

My issue is with the returns department. My friend ended up cutting their trip short, and so they did not need the gear anymore. I sent several emails asking if I could return the gear, which was in the original packaging. I got absolutely no responses to my multiple emails. I'm now stuck with a couple humdred dollars worth of gear that I have no use for.

Complete Incompetence!

"I ordered a backpack from OPSGEAR on August 31 and cancelled my order after a week when they still had not shipped it and had no estimate for when it would be done. Their support said they had initiated the refund, but after two weeks I still had not been refunded. Eventually I had to file a dispute with my credit card company which was not resolved until a MONTH after the original cancellation.

I will never buy something from OPSGEAR again and will actively warn others against it.

Very slow shipping speed and no customer service

"Bought something and it took a month to ship even though the website showed it as being in-stock. Tried contacting customer service many times and they didn't ever respond or resolve my issue... Luckily, it eventually shipped but I would never go through them again. Terrible experience. "

This company stole from me

"I ordered some gear and alas it did not fit. In returned it to the address in the instructions given and I was not refunded nor was I given store credit. After months of back and forth with them and being completely ignored I have given up. They won. I did not and am out over 150$. I only ordered from them because they are a company ran by Vets and I am also a vet so supporting this kind of company was important to me. I will never recommend this company to anyone."

"I order almost 100 dollars worth if gear from this website and only got 30$ worth of stuff in the mail. When I tried to contact customer service 4 TIMEs, they always brushed it off and told me it was on its way. I gave up and let them win. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!"

Took FOREVER to get part of my order.

"I was shipped half of my order with no explanation of where the other half was. After several emails, I finally had someone reply that it was out of stock and waiting for a new shipment. My order was a birthday present for my husband that arrived a couple of weeks after his birthday. Opsgear has quality stuff that my husband likes but they're customer service is subpar and I will never order through them again. "
