"I ordered from them, and paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it before the end of the week. 3 weeks go by no package. I called everyday, and emailed them asking to refund me my money. They finally responded, but said nothing about a refund. They just emailed me confirming my package was shipped after 3 weeks. After a month of emailing them I got a email back. Opsgear.com stated if I sent the package back they would renfund me. I paid to ship the package back. They still never refunded me my money, or received a email. I had to report them to my bank as fraud. My bank refunded me my money and still never heard anything back from opsgear.com"

We called about our order and somehow no one knew where our gear was so that added more time. A guy in my unit also payed for Rush shipping and still took a couple weeks. This company has horrible customer service and managerial skills. "
