So then I tried setting up a new account and I think it actually recognized my email address and automatically took me through the password reset process for my existing account. So I got logged in without too much trouble. Here's the great part: When I was done with all of that, it STILL remembered the items I had put in my cart.

I do commercial web development for a living, and tons of sites out there manage to screw up things like account management, password resets, cart management, etc... So thanks for doing it right :)"
