"Tried to order Sunday but my payment would not process until I tried the next day. I tried probably six times times to process my order. It it kept telling me that cc info was wrong. I was supposed to get free shipping too but since it would not process my order I missed out on that. I like opsgear and also am a vet. But this was very annoying. I hope I get my things in time for the Marine corps bday and vet day!"

"I drive a truck... Gone for many weeks at a time. Ordered a pair of pants to see what quality they are... To evaluate ordering more for winter!
30 days after order get home. NO PANTS! Maybe next 30 days? Then if I were to order more... Get them in late Jan early Feb? I think not!

"This company obviously does not have an actual business, simply a resell arrangement with the companies listed on their web site. Their shipping times are horrible, customer service non-existent and their entire company is a sham...

"I ordered this product back in July and hopefully will be getting it next week. Originally when I called around August they didn't have an answer for what was taking so long but ensured that it was on the way. Sense then I tried to call them last month and they said that something went wrong. Overall very disatisified with the service. I hope that when it does eventually come that they didn't screw up on sending the wrong product. I can tell you this that this is my first and last time I will order again from ops gear. "

Not the best

"Placed my order almost two weeks ago (10/14/16). Emailed support and was told you guys were "Backed up on orders". As of today (10/27/16) only two of the original five items have shipped. At the time of order all items were in stock, so I'm confused about why everything didn't ship together. Either way, the entire order still has not been shipped and it will be two weeks on Friday since the order was placed. Long past the original shipping estimate. I've left a message on your customer support line and have yet to hear from anyone regarding the remaining items.

Thanks for at least getting two things out.
