"How their business works is you place an order with them and they immediately charge you for the purchase price plus shipping. They then order it themselves and send it back out when they receive it, or have it drop shipped directly from another company. If you have any issues, forget talking to a human. There's this ridiculous email ticketing system and no one is EVER available by phone even if you request a call back. Most of the BBB reviews and complaints all show that you have to contact either the BBB or UT Department of Consumer Affairs to get a refund when they send you the wrong or damaged goods, assuming they send you your order at all. Dont believe me? Read through the BBB complaints yourself."
