It's clear and easy to navigate to find stuff you want. But I think I can use more detailed search options (Size, colors, camo pattern, a price range (for example 40 to 100 ect..))
Overall, its well designed. Nothing to complain.

Prices :

Compared to France, it's definitely cheaper (even with shipping) and there is a lot of discounts and good quality products and brands.

To give you a example, a pair of pants and a combat jacket from the Xtreme collection by tru-spec is worth 300 dollars in France, here I paid 175 dollars with shipping included (150 worth in euros). It's not overpriced.

I've finally receive my order after 4 MONTHS, OPS Gear charged me instantly, normally, companies charges upon shipping. Here nothing, just a endless wait and a almost inreachable customer service. I had a man named Josh 3 times on a phone (after trying like 20 times to call just after the store opens), telling me the missing items should be there by the end of the week. Which was a complete lie (I don't think he has the tools to tell me such things, I'm not blaming him for reassuring me).

So, OPS Gear is what you can call a fly-by-night company, they have a store page, but have a little selection of items on their warehouse and the other items are ordered directly to the company who manufactured them. To give you an example on how fast they are, a chinese surplus website shipped me my items the day I ordered and I waited one week (shipping by boat) and the shipping was free. OPS Gear made me pay the shipping and took four months to deliver.

I work in a airsoft shop in France and we ship time to time to the US, but it's always a fast delivery (usually one week) and we never kept people in the dark like they do and we always respond to Email and such

I'm reluctant to buy online because I always had troubles with shipping and delivery. Ops gear is no exception. I know I live in France, but when I'm ordering from the US, it's usually shipped the following day and take one week to made it to my home.
Ops gear ways of shipping are... Weird, I ordered a lot of items for playing airsoft a uniform, a cap, a belt, a plate carrier and ballistic googles.


Conclusion :

Good gear, OK-prices and a terrible shipping and customer service. If you can avoid ordering here, do it. Choose someone else, I had nothing but troubles with them.
