"I ordered two electronic actuators. Same part #'s. On the up side, shipping was lightning fast and the parts were correct and functioned when installed.
On the down side, when I opened the package from O.E.H.Q. I found both of the factory parts boxes had been opened and retaped. One box had greasy tape and greasy fingerprints on it. Look like maybe returns? If I hadn't been so pressed for time I would have returned the order.
Prices would have been good for factory new parts, but as the boxes clearly showed signs of tampering and the fact these were electronic parts that may have previously been installed, I really don't feel I got what I paid for.
I will never buy from OEHQ again. "

"The OEHQ web site offered a shipping flat rate of $6.99 per order for orders under $50. When I checked out the shipping was $13.98 for 2 items. I could not find a explanation of this on the web site.
I ended up calling the 800 number and was informed that if 2 warehouses were involved it was $6.99 per warehouse. I believe this info should be disclosed up front.
I changed my order to the one item I really needed. OEHQ lost a sale.
