"I chose the standard free UPS shipping and that is what I got. It took a week (less one day) to get the part. I suggest checking on shipping with USPS. I would be willing to bet you can get better service for the same or less money.

With that being said, the service from OE Parts was very good. I e-mailed their customer service to get tracking information and received a response within a couple of hours. "I have used OEHQ several times with total satisfaction. One time I had replaced the steering rack on my vehicle with a locally purchased reman unit. It was faulty as was the replacement they gave me. That's how I found this company. Was able to get a genuine GM remanufactured unit for almost the same price. The good part was that it was perfect. Worked just like a new one. This last order was for an air conditioning receiver that was a GM part that actually saved me a few bucks over the local aftermarket one. Plan ahead for your repairs and get the correct OE parts. With their competitive prices, it doesn't make sense not to."

"OE Parts Headquarters appears to be a decent resource for access to parts needed for your vehicle. Overall I must say that I wasn't dissatisfied.

The only issue I had (which is partly my fault), is that there wasn't a picture, nor a clear description of the part I needed (an ignition TUMBLER with KEY), and the description "Ignition Starter" misled me. Hence, for my first order, I must do a return. We'll see how that works out and write another review.

Outside of that, I have to say that I was impressed. I will definitely consult the website again for parts in the future, but will not purchase without explicit, concise confirmation that the part I am purchasing is the correct one.
