This phone should have been delivered nearly two weeks ago, but Offerbank messed about with my address details on the first order, so I cancelled the item - Offerbank did swiftly refund my PP account.
I reordered the phone on a Monday - at a cheaper price.
Yet again, Offerbank procrastinated with the dispatch.
They took 48hrs to dispatch the phone which caused to be delayed over the following weekend.
It states on their Home page - Free Express Shipping, Dispatched In 24 Hours.
Overall I am happy with the service, but Offerbank should not state - Dispatched in 24 hours - if they are not going to comply with their own stated terms."
