"Worse service ever. I purchased a phone. I rang before placing the order to see if they had it in stock. Stated they did. Made payment. After three days they tell me they haven't got what I want. I cancelled the order and told them not to take the money out my account. They continued and took my money and it took them 5 days to give me my money back. So i could purchase the phone anywhere else which was meant to be a birthday present for my partner. I was treated so horribly. No one was cooperating.I will never do business with them again and I will never recommend to my friends and family members. No one should go through this.Unfair and not professional. "

"Ordered a item by my watch well before 12pm, when phoned was told that my order went through at 12.06pm and it wasn't even that time on my watch yet!
Then told item would not be processed that day and maybe the next... I told the lady on the phone i was leaving the country tomorrow and needed the item that day hence I ordered before 12pm...she told me it wouldn't be processed and there was nothing she could do.
Poor administration and not very accommodating to customers. Would not use again "
