"My order was never delivered. Checked a few days later to find out that the order is cancelled with no notification and no reason provided. tried calling, no answer. E-mail reply suggested that the transaction was refused by the bank as fraudulent. Fraudulent! When my card was already authorised, and when this card is used for internet transactions in volumes which perhaps exceed that of 99% of their customers! Simple reason was that they did not have the item in stock, even though it was advertisied as in stock, and instead of apologizing for that they attempted to put the burden on a third party. Silly and stupid."
