"I originally rated this eshop 3 stars only. I have been a bit too harsh, I had an issue with my two initial card payment payments being refused and the orders just sit there, making me wonder it they how to cancel them. The customer service contacted me shorty after I reported my issue and ensured me that they will eventually do. Hmm. Kudos to their customer service.
Overall satisfaction is the good. They delivered the ordered phone and on time.
Only remark is that the phone did not have a proper UK charger, manual was in Russian and so did default phone OS language so I had to overcome so initial obstacles though only minor ones.
To their defense I have to say that I ordered a special edition of the phone which is hard to get in UK at all.
