"I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5 that arrived very quickly, but ended up being defective. The process to get it returned without paying, and then get it refunded was lengthy and took multiple followups; I requested a return/refund on May 25 that was only credited back to my account on June 13th.

I guess the take away is that if something is wrong, you will eventually get your refund as they promise, but it make take some repeat explanations. And in the end, if you use a credit card that charges a foreign transaction fee, you won't get that back. "
