"***UPDATE 03/06/2014*** I have now received the product and thankfully it's in full working condition. Offerbank may be VERY slow but at least are GENUINE.


Quite frankly, it's almost 2 weeks since I placed the order and I haven't received my product yet (despite the 1-3 days delivery promised)

As about customer services, they're not poor or bad; just non existent.
The only one number you get to ring is simply an answering machine asking you to leave a message (no option to hold the line and wait).

Not a clue if I ever receive my product or what to do if it's not working.
