"I bought a Sony Xperia Z3 compact which was £345 and couldn't fault the service and delivery. Well, of course that's the easy part. Any idiot can do that. The UK supplied charger has an intermittent fault and wouldn't charge from the first attempt, so I emailed them only to be told that it was a free gift and not included in the warranty. These chargers cost just a few pence and for a company to have a dissatisfied customer and refuse to replace it just for something like this defies logic. They just don't know the meaning of customer service and don't, in my opinion deserve to succeed in business. Of course it's not the cost but the principle. I emailed them again but didn't hear back from them. I'm buying my wife a new phone for Christmas but it won't be from here. Perhaps they should learn the saying: When you get good service you tell your friends. When you get bad service you tell everyone."
