"I ordered the item on 12 Dec 14 - I made in error in using the wrong credit card and was not able to resolve it over the phone and have cancelled the order I was told it would take 2-3 days to refund my monies in my account still I have not received the refund. Left messages on voice mail but they only seems to respond via email and that is practical. Managed to speak to a customer service advisor on Sat 20 Dec 14 and was not able to arrange a refund as the accounts dept do not work on Saturdays. Very poor service. My personal experience has not been pleasant. I hope they change the way the operate their support service"
