"I was offered a phone that was not in good working. It wasn't recognising sim cards and Now I have to stay weeks without a mobile phone. I Missed my phone interview and had to spent more, to secure a Nano sim card, pay for return of the item and missed contact with my business partners and family . It would have been better if i purchased the phone in UK. The cost is so painful. "
