"Old Will Knott Scales shipped my order promptly and securely. Unfortunately the scale I ordered (Citizen CT-30C) broke within three months. To be fair to OWK Scales, they did warn on their website that scales they sell from eight manufacturers (including Citizen) have to be returned to the manufacturer instead of OWK for service; when I called them they gave me the number for Citizen. Citizen, unfortunately, provides lousy customer service, so lousy that I quickly gave up and ordered a new scale. So by all means, order your scale from OWK; just don't order a Citizen scale, from OWK or anybody else, unless you're prepared to replace it every three months."

This is my second scale the first one lasted almost three years and would have lasted longer but my Umbrella Cockatoo decided to declare war on it after an escape from his cage one afternoon. I would recommend for any avian parront as they help monitor your baby's health by seeing any significant weight changes. "
