"I found Old Will Knott Scales through some web searching for a good scale to weigh my pet rats. At first I focused on the product and the one I chose looked like it would meet my needs as well as be quite affordable. After I chose one, I went through the ordering process (which was easy) and I began to notice that the site used some slang terms like 'ya' instead of you, 'folks,' 'guys and gals,' those sorts of things. At first I found this a bit hokey but it ended up having the effect that I was dealing with a person rather than a website. Add that to the fact that I received my order quickly and it worked great without me even reading the instructions yet...Great job! I'll certainly recommend you."
