"These guys are AWESOME! First, I wasn't clear on which parts to order on some BALT tables. I used the online chat feature and Miles was quick to call the manufacturer and tell me exactly what I needed to do. Great service! Then when I placed the order, there was a question about how the items would be shipped, as one was too large to be shipped UPS. Sara told me that everything was in stock at the Suwanee, GA location (just a few miles from my office) and if I'd like to pickup the in-stock merchandise there they could UPS the remaining table from Nashville. Not only was that ideal, as I could pickup the products from the local warehouse, the table that shipped UPS Ground arrived at 9:30am the next morning!!! I placed the order after 4 o'clock the previous day. Now THAT is quick shipment. How do they do it?? I will definitely shop here again."

"This order was well received even though it has been placed on hold because: phone # in FL, delivery address in CA, credit card in France and presumably invalid email. This last thing is wrong: I did receive the emails, so they have to check their software (probably refusing the .info extension). My only negative feedback is the shipping method - I ordered several boxes of certificates and they were shipped to me in a huge box filled with plastic. They could have easily sent my shipment in a box half the size.
