" I purchased a flat screen tv from OneCall.com and their video explained the process of securing the item, which included a custom pallet which spans the length of the box and strapping to secure it. The tv arrived with a small pallet that only supported a little more than half of the box which somewhat warped the box as well. The tv was still protected by the styrofoam packaging materials and my nervousness only lasted until I hooked it up and saw it was O.K. Now I should mention that I'm not sure if this was done by OneCall or the transport company that brought it to me. So I'm not pointing my finger at OneCall with that gripe but more of an FYI. Frustrating, but laughable for me. Fed Ex truck broke down during the delivery day. Delivery at 7pm in a Penske rental. Driver was genial, but obviously frustrated.
