"I called CS and they answer fast. I placed the order online and it was shipped in few hours. Very good and fast service for OneCall, but FedEx took from June 29 unitil July 6 for shipping. Usually UPS or regular mail oders arive faster that this."

"I received the ProMaster camera strap and installed it and everything seemed fine. The first time I went out with the camera the strap came unsewed and the camera dropped. Fortunately I caught the strap before my camera hit the pavement. I'm not impressed.

I contacted OneCall and received a reply within a couple hours. Since it was the 4 July I called the next day. They resolved the problem by sending me a new strap which I received on Friday July 8. Problem resolved.

"OneCall.com is an extremely professional company. Their customer service department is excellent. We had ordered a Sharp 60" LED TV. Shortly after it was delivered we became aware of a manufacturer's defect, I notified Sharp and OneCall.com. Thomas Steiner, assistant sales manager for OneCall.com, was so helpful and understanding. OneCall.com was more than willing to to do anything to make us happy. Meanwhile, Sharp had sent 2 repairmen to my house. Sharp agreed to replace the TV with their newest 60" TV. When all was said and done, we were very satisfied customers. I would highly recommend this company and I definitely plan to purchase from them again."
