"About a dozen years ago. I was looking for a power amp to drive a whole house speaker system. After doing a bunch of research, I wound up buying a Marantz unit from OneCall. The service was excellent and I got it at an unbelievable price.

So, when the time came to buy some AudioEngine powered speakers for an iTunes driven digitial system, and I saw the units were available from OneCall at a good price, I thought, “Hey, why change a winner?”

I ordered two sets of A5s and they were shipped out the same DAY (I don't have to tell you, this is a little unusual). Then, they arrived in TRIPLE cartons: manufacturer display cartons (with Styrofoam beds) inside manufacturer shipping cartons, and these inside OneCall’s own beefier shipping cartons.

I was so impressed with this – and the A5s – that I quickly ordered another set of speakers. Unfortunately, when I unpacked them (same triple cartons), the powered speaker on the set turned out to be defective. I thought, “Well, here’s where the rubber meets the road.” I called the customer service number on the email invoice, and got ready for the usual voicemail hell.

But here's where it gets interesting. Within a MINUTE, I was talking to an actual human being who was not only accommodating, he even knew about speakers! He said, “Okay, you have two options. If you don’t mind us charging your card again, we’ll send out a replacement set TODAY, and credit you back when we receive your defective ones, or if you don’t want to do that, you can ship the defective set back and we’ll send a replacement out when we receive it. Either way, the return shipping is on us." Since it worked out with my billing cycle, I said, “Okay, charge the card.”

Within ten minutes, I had an email link to Fedex. I printed out a FREE return shipping label, slapped it on the box, sealed it up and shipped it out the same day. The replacement was also shipped that day.

Although I think this story speaks for itself, let me just say it anyway: My experience is, these are people you can trust.
