"Shortly after writing the review below, I was contacted by Matt, the Director of Sales for OneCall. He apologized for the issues I was having, and assured me that they would work to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. I was put in touch with Thomas, the Assistant Manager of Sales, who was absolutely great to deal with, and I'm very happy to report that they did just that. Any reservations I had in making future purchases, or recommending OneCall to others, have been completely absolved through their excellent customer support. I'm not sure why I was initially told what I was told, but the bottom line is that they stood by their product and were ultimately great to deal with, despite that previous "bump in the road." Highly recommended!


Recently purchased a Samsung UN32C6500 LED TV, as well as an OmniMount Flat Panel Mount. Very nice over the phone through the purchasing process, but NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since then!!!

First the HDMI 1 input on the TV was defective, resulting in no sound with that source. Additionally, no one ever mentioned that the hardware provided with the OmniMount doesn't work with the new Samsungs.

One Call ultimately agreed to take the TV back and send out a replacement, saving me the hassle of a 3 week delay dealing with Samsung, especially considering we're a one TV household. And I was able to get an adapter kit for the mount by contacting the manufacturer directly.

But now 6 weeks in, the replacement TV has a problem, which seems to be the backlights - when you turn it off, 2 white horizontal stripes flash across the black screen. (In truth, it does not seem to affect the picture at present, but I fear it's symptomatic of a bigger problem that may surface in the near future.)

When I first contacted One Call on this, the woman said, "don't worry about it, it's probably fine." So I visited 2 local authorized dealers, and none of their Samsungs did this, so now I'm worried! I called One Call again, and Brian offered a replacement with shipping at MY expense, OR they'd extend the warranty from 1 to 2 years. Neither option is acceptable. Why should I have to pay anything more, or accept a defective TV with the fear that it may fail one day after their "extended warranty"?!

It just seems they would bend over backwards to try to make this right after what I've had to deal with, but instead I was told that "this has already cost us a lot of money." NOT SATISFIED!!!

"Bought A Def Tech 2002 CLR speaker. Price was excelent. I did catch it on sale, but most places were selling refurbs for $10 more than this new one! I received an email right away that my order was placed and another email that night with tracking information. Product arrived quickly with good packing (not just the original box with a shipping sticker on it).
The Def Tech 2002 has exceeded my expectations! This is a great center channel and fits my setup very well.

"Perfect transaction-awesome support. I chose OneCall based on three factors: price, availability and reputation. I ordered two items (fairly high end to be ordering from a company I hadn't done business with before). The items came quickly and when there was a small problem with one of them, OneCall resolved it fast, easily and pleasantly. Their Customer Support phone line is easy to navigate and hold times were minimal.

I am delightfully happy and will definitely look to OneCall for future electronics needs!

"Page represented herself and OneCall extremely well, answering my questions regarding which of two center channel speakers would be best for my wife and I. Sensable answers without a lot of techno talk. Shipping Confirmation shows our order was shipped the same day it was placed.
Our order was received here in Ohio one day sooner than expected.
I emailed OneCall on a matter not related to our order. No response was required but they phoned us the next day.
A previous speaker purchase turned me into a Definitive Technology fan. This first purchase fron OneCall made me a OneCall fan.

"They shipped my order the day I ordered it (I ordered it at 3am). The "factory renewed" product had no dings etc. I was able to order a 4 year repair warrenty on this product that offers both a carry-in and ship-to option. Since the item was $1800 (MSRP of $3500) this is a great relief from the risk of buying referbished equipment. Overall I am very happy with their service, and their wide variety and pricing of hard to find, high end, home theater equipment."
