Everything over the OneCall.com. I am glad I used the "check current pricing" as it saved me money. Placed order about 2:00pm. Order confirmation was sent to email within 10 minutes. Order shipped confirmation sent 4:30 pm same day. Whats not to like. The shopping and order process is 5 out of 5 stars. Included in the shipping notice was instructions for receiving the packages and how to check for possible damage. Much appreciated. I still have not talked to one person but I am sure that they are there and ready to help if needed. Very Happy first timer. "

"Great service as always. Allowed to pick up item at warehouse since I live nearby and was on a time crunch. Only complaint is the checkout screen setup which doesn't allow one to put shipping notes. I had to order the part, then call notify them I wanted to pick it up. Problem was, when you pay, it doesn't take you to an Invoice screen but tells you that your invoice will be e-mailed to me. I never received the invoice even though I had the E-mail address in the system. I double checked it later and it was still in there correctly. It would be nice to be able to just print the invoice at the time you pay."

When I tried to put them together, I noticed that the power cord was damaged and wasn't keyed correctly to fit into the speaker. "I only leave feedback when I have a strong opinion. Today I do and I want to compliment ONE CALL for an excellent buying experience. Every aspect of this experience was exceptional. I did an extensive search and got the lowest price available. The communications were complete and easy to understand. The shipment arrived when they said it would. It was attached to a pallet, not laying on it's side. It had a motion detector that turns red if the TV is treated roughly. The even tell the buyer to refuse the delivery if it turns red. I would recommend them to my family, friends and you.
