"I had never even heard of OneCall.com but after seeing a receiver I was interested in on ebay, and their receipt was from this store I figured I'd check them out. I found a much better receiver on a great Presidents day sale (55% off!) so I picked it up. Shipping was fast and the item was packed wonderfully. My new Denon AVR-4310CI receiver is working great so I can't say I've worked with their customer service, but so far I'm very happy with them, and have subscribed to get their emails. :D"

"Excellent. I called twice and spoke with different sales folk, but they actually talked with each other to give me the best service. Both exceptional; efficient and polite.
Shipping was great; fast, no problems.. even tracking was good with an embedded number in the confirmation email that went straight to the shipping process.. no added steps.
My only gripe; price. 25% higher than Nikon's own msrp of $199; which 95% of every other website listed for the same item. (I looked at 23 of them!)If I hadn't needed it asap (and you were the only folk with one in stock) I would have waited.
Based on really great service and great shipping, I'd certainly consider shopping with OneCall again. But with a 25% mark-up over even Nikon's msrp... probably not. "
